How do tokens work?

Tokens are like game coins. Each operation costs tokens based on text length: 1 token per 100 characters for analysis, 2 tokens per 100 characters for anonymization. Free plan includes 300 tokens per 30-day cycle, Basic plan includes 500 tokens per 31-day cycle with top-up options.

What languages are supported?

We support 15+ languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, and Korean.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We never log raw user text containing PII. All processing happens securely, and we follow GDPR compliance standards. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I use the API?

What happens to unused tokens?

Unused tokens do not accumulate or roll over. They reset at the end of each cycle. Top-up tokens (Basic plan) also expire at the cycle reset.
