Payment & Billing

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

PayPal - Pay with your PayPal account balance
Credit/Debit Card - Via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly
Your billing date is the day you subscribed
Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle

Canceling Your Subscription

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation
Access continues until the end of the current billing period
After expiration, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan

No Lock-In

Cancel anytime. No contracts, no hidden fees. Your data remains accessible on the Free plan.

Changing Plans

Upgrading

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Upgrade on your desired plan
Complete payment
New token allocation is available immediately
You're charged the difference prorated for remaining time

Downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Change Plan
Select a lower plan
Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle
You keep access to current plan until then

Token Top-ups

Basic plan users can purchase additional tokens:

+200 tokens for €1

Available only for Basic plan subscribers

To purchase top-ups:

Go to Settings → Tokens
Click Buy Tokens
Select the number of top-up packs
Complete payment
Tokens are added immediately

Top-up tokens do not expire at the end of your cycle - they remain until used.

Pricing FAQ

Why can't Pro and Business plans buy top-ups?

Pro and Business plans include generous token allocations designed to cover heavy usage. If you consistently need more tokens, consider upgrading to the next plan for better value.

Do unused tokens carry over?

No, subscription tokens reset at each billing cycle. However, top-up tokens (Basic plan) do not expire and remain until used.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used a significant portion of your tokens. Contact support for refund requests.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not currently. We only offer monthly billing to provide maximum flexibility.
